Good tool kit build?
There’s the TANKCAT build, though I’m not sure how well it works. People seem to like it.
You could also use turrets (with the toolkit used to repair them), though the quality of any turret build is debatable, given the current state of turrets, and the toolkit doesn’t really do a whole lot for them to begin with.

I kind of thought rifle might go better with tool kit, but your build does look pretty awesome.
Yeah, I would think a rifle/toolkit build would work well, given that most of the rifle’s power is at close range anyway.
How does Tankcat work in PVE? To read the description it seems like a very PVP-centric build (which admittedly can be scary good in the right hands).
