Guild Wars 2

It looks like this is another one of those bugged skills that works in structured play but in PvE or World Versus it is disabled (locked) when underwater.

Huh, i thought i was going crazy before. Yeah it was working in PvP but not any other time. That is weird.

Fix this one Anet! Should be easy enough!

Just want to call attention to this, really bothers me.

Yeah, it’s already in the bug thread. Not sure when it’s going to get fixed, but at least ANet knows about it.

The patch is supposed to have fixed it.
