The extra stacks of might bring you anywhere from 175 – 350 extra power AND condition damage. Overall more consistent and higher stacking might will be the best choice.

I would say do general boon duration instead of specifically stacking might simply because the other boons are incredibly helpful (swiftness for faster positioning, might obviously, vigor, regen, etc.)

Juggernaut grants might on a periodic interval, so you maintain so many stacks from just having it out. It doesn’t grant a permanent number of stacks, it grants a single stack for a specific duration on a specific interval. That’s why +boon duration and +might duration both increase the effectiveness.
HGH is a completely separate thing. Every time you use an elixir, either consuming or throwing, you get might. IIRC, it’s 2 stacks per consume and 1 stack per throw.

To add to this you have some access to protection also and it works into the minor trait Energy Conversion Matrix.

If you’re aming for a power build.. you should try getting some more Crit Dmg in there
HGH + Power builds is not that great for that reason, low Crit dmg
