Guild Wars 2

Toss elixir H says on the toolbelt that it will give 2 stacks of might and it only gives 1.

Toss elixir B toolbelt says it will give 2 stacks of might (maybe 3 stacks if you randomly get might)

Toss Elixir S toolbelt also says you will get 2 stacks but you get one..

whats the deal?

It’s always worked like this. Not saying it isn’t a bug, or that it is intended, but it’s always been this way.
