Nope, but http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Bowl_of_Saffron-scented_Poultry_Soup has a 10 second cooldown. It’d be a bit weird if they didn’t give a similar soup a similar cooldown, but I guess that’s what we need to test.
So get on that, you.
Just tested this in Fireheart rise with effigies, it doesn’t work.
There appears to be a internal cooldown.
Also I noticed that sometimes the burning will just disappear without reason, so i’m trying to figure out that cause.
