Healing Engineer
Would probably need to take both inventions and alchemy, 3rd traitline would be optional. Healing Turret would be better than Med Kit. Med Kit is just bad. Probably trait to heal allies with blast finishers and convert conditions to boons with Elixir Gun.
Not sure about stats or if condi damage or power would be best. Either way, the build will have pretty useless damage output. For utilities, Healing Turret, Elixir Gun, and Mortar would probably be best. You’ll want access to plenty of blast finishers, so not sure if just slotting Elixirs for the remaining two utilities or something else would be better. You could maybe go with Bomb Kit and Flamethrower Kit for the other two utility if you are doing condi damage. Both kits would provide some condi damage plus another blast finisher.
Either offhand pistol or shield could work too, with shield providing a reflect and blast finisher and pistol giving more condi damage.
Maybe something like this? Could probably use quite a bit of adjusting, especially with the gear, but something along those lines could work. Would have to look more into it when I have more time.

Put down a field (preferably water) and blast the crap out of it.
Bombs can be pretty much be replaced if you want to. You could also sacrifice some out going healing to get more condi duration.
PVP meta scrapper.
Change to mender amulet.
Use healing gyro.
Profit.
You will heal a lot and sustain too.
Change traits depending on comp.
Use Water Runes and a max life sigil is OP with that super great big and long water field on the healing gyro.
