Healing Mist no longer condi cleanse?
I don’t remember about healing mist but i know that mecha legs, at least for the past few months since i started playing again, has not given 33%
Healing mist was never a condi-cleanse. They most likely just removed an incorrect skill fact.
Mecha Legs was definitely never a 33% IMS. That would have obsoleted swiftness.
None of these things were ever true.

Mecha Legs has always been at 25%. Streamlined Kits is at 33%.

This trait applies to healing mist.

Throwing or consuming elixirs removes conditions from those affected. Your boon duration is increased.

Duration Increase: 20%

The trait in the Inventions line called Cleansing Synergy will remove a condition when a healing skill is used. Maybe you don’t have this trait active?
Cleansing Synergy only applies to healing skills and med kit toolbelt skill.
Healing mist gains traits from Alchemical Tinctures, HGH, Optimized Activation, Static Discharge and Mechanized Deployment.

That’s it! I use it, but when I use Healing Mist conditions aren’t removed!
That’s simply because Healing Mist isn’t a healing skill at all, it’s the toolbelt skill for elixir gun.
Healing skill means that button between your hp bar and utility skills.
The Healing Mist tool belt skill for the Elixer Gun will only remove a Condition if you have the Alchemical Tinctures trait selected.

Must’ve been a bug I didn’t even know about, but I know I could remove conditions with that ability.
Tinctures is the minor GM trait of alchemy line, so you don’t have to select it yourself.
Let’s put it like this: IF Healing mist removed condis for you, you used AT.
Simple as that, no bugs, no conspiracies, no magic.

Healing mist, the elixir gun toolbelt skill, used to remove 1 condition before Jun 23 patch. No trait required, at least not to my memory.
I don’t know why they removed it.
Here’s a snapshot from april 2015, no condiclean in description.

Vent a healing mist, granting regeneration to yourself and allies.
Regeneration: 10 s (1300 health)

So yes, Healing Mist used to remove a condi if you were traited into Cleaning Formula 409, just like it does now when you have Alchemical Tinctures.
HGH gives healing mist a condi cleanse + might stacks. HGH is basically par for the engineer course, so if you run a viable build, healing mist has 1 cleanse.
So much misinformation in this thread. I suggest everyone take a quick look at what your actual traits/skills do.
