Help Me Understand Engineer Traits
Your friend has no idea what he is talking about. Vitality has nothing to do with healing rates.
Super elixir’s impact heal has always been higher then its HoT is.
It says this on the wiki.
Launch an elixir orb, healing allies on impact and creating an area of continual healing.
Healing.png Impact heal: 380
Healing.png Pulse heal: 140
Ingame tool tip states
Healing.png Impact heal: 100
Healing.png Pulse heal: 32
Pretty self explanatory that impact heal is more then the base heal.
To my knowledge, no traits effect the heal on this skill.

You’re probably wearing +healing gear.
I am not wearing healing gear. All gear is condition damage and toughness. I understand what the Elixir Gun does, but I don’t know what traits affects the numbers. Can anyone please explain?
I already did 3 post ago. There is no trait that effects the heal amount. Only +healing stat does this.
Well it also doesnt help that its currently bugged and giving the impact heal amount while its pulsing. As of the last patch this has been happening. It is suppose to work as coglin explained.
The impact and pulse heal scale with heal power… impact heal has a .2 ratio and .1 on the pulse…
