Long story short, I am going back to my engineer class after a long long time. So long that I will be making a new human engineer ( my asuran engi size issues was bugging me XD )
Can anyone comment on this build? And if they have a better solution to fix a problem? I want to primarily use a flamethrower, and have no idea if its viable. Any insight, comment or suggestion would be greatly appreciated

20 Points in Explosives:
IV- increase damage by 5% when endurance not full
IX-critical hits inflict burning (10 sec cool down)

20 Points in Firearms:
V-50% to inflict vulnerability on critical attacks
VIII- gain 200 toughness when using a kit, 18 sec of might

10 Points in inventions:
V- gain 7% of your toughness as power

20 Points in Alchemy:
II- elixir skills recharge 20% quicker
VII- flamethrower and elixir kit gain 15% extra damage

Armor: Toughness, Power, Precision
Runes: superior runes of divinity
Trinkets: Celestial
weapon and sigil: ?

PvE Sigil: Bloodlust, Night, Battle or Force.
I stack Bloodlust, then Battle helps me with 6 stacks perma might.
