Tier 4 leatherworking crafted armor. I believe the set is named ‘Rascal’. You can get one for measly few silver on the TP.

So basically I can get this entire armor on TP?
You can just buy rascal armor on TP and transmute the look to whatever you are currently equipped with. It’s what I did for a bit with my engineer dude. I liked the mask and pants.

So the guy in the pic is wearing full rascal armor set? If so I may want to buy the full armor and transmute it with my current COF armor.
