Guild Wars 2

So the tooltip no longer states that it’s 100% chance on crit (and from what I can tell while playing it definitely isn’t 100% chance anymore) and yet it retained the 10 second cooldown.

i think necro had theirs drop to 50% too

this wasnt a surprise as it was one of the nerfs mentioned on stream as well as net turret nerf

i just hit a golem for 10 crits. all of them proc’d incendiary powder. either i’m really lucky or it’s still 100%

edit: 10 more times and all of them proc’d incendiary powder.

Just tested it and it works fine. you sir are talking garbo I am afraid.
