Incendiary Powder on Flamethrower
the condition your referring to is “burning” damage. The burning applied from FT skills stack in duration with the "burning’ condition damage from incendiary powder, as well “incendiary ammo” the toolbelt FT skill that adds burning to your next 3 attacks stacks into it. The damage from flame jet (FT #1) that you see is actually direct damage.

OK thanks
Since burning stacks duration and not intensity, all burning no mater the skill source will deal the same amount of damage over a fixed amount of time. If you’re going off your skilltips, the damage from IP is more because it lasts longer than the burning from FT’s autoattack. If IP procs during your autoattack, it’ll simply tack on to the end of the current burning. The real strength of IP with FT is that it keeps a more consistent burn rolling on your target so that the autoattack deals 10% more damage.
