Does it have a cooldown? I checked earlier with the new trait descriptions and I did not see one.

Can we refresh the healing kit heal indefinitely with this?

I want to say it’s 90 seconds, same as the Inventions 15 pt minor. But it does exist, and it’s a decent cooldown.

Did you test it? I can’t test it right now.

Can someone test this?

It is indeed a 90s cd. It’s been tested plenty times.
