Is HGH condi/bomb kit a real thing?
that’s a video i did for it ill post the build for it to, bombs don’t deal as much damage as nades but you get the opportunity to focus on getting a better tank that really makes a hgh/bomber stand out in solo play or small group fights

Interesting. I would have thought that Enhance Performance and the Altruism runes together would be overkill. Is it not?
I’m contemplating a pistol/shield version of this, but it makes me very nervous to do that without Incendiary Powder, and Forceful Explosives is obviously required. Meanwhile, I’d like at avoid going all 30 points into Explosives if I can. So the question then is: does the extra might result in more damage overall than the burning proc would?
The advantage of the shield is better control and defense options, and one more way to set up a bomb burst than pistol/pistol offers, since you can reflect and block/daze against people who insist on ranging you, use the shield stun to set up bombs, or use swiftness to get in range for a shield-check into glue bomb, into all the other bombs. Plus there’s a handy blast finisher for the combo fields.
Gear-wise, the temptation to get rampager’s weapons for more precision is strong, but that’s something I’ll have to play around with, I suppose. I can see the value of making sure very piece has toughness or vitality, especially with running bombs, but I have a feeling that less than 40% crit is too low, though I suppose having high fury uptime will help compensate.
well unlike alot of other might stacking builds this one dosent have quite as much might duration as other builds so taking alturism with enhance performance is important to get those 25 might stacks up more often, you do however get more boon duration which overall is a bit more effective for a bomber since it relies on front line combat to deal out its biggest hitters
if you want to run p/s over p/p then swap out enhance performance and take 2 runes of fire, 2 runes of hoelbrak and 2 runes of alturism that should give you the extra might duration to upkeep 25 might as often and the shield should easily be able to compensate for the lost boon duration, also if you want to change the 20 points inventions trait for use with the shield id recommend taking out the protection when hit with a critical as you wouldn’t need it as a defense versus hard hitters your shield will take care of that
with the gear there is no reason why you couldn’t just run full rabid i find with the upkeep of boons you can sacrifice some toughness for vitality and maintain a better overall tank but that extra precision is very powerful with a hgh bomb’s at 25 stacks your bombs can get up to 1800 on a crit per bomb on a more tanky target and no tank targets it hits well over 2k so there’s no reason why you cant run all rabid or maybe throw some rampagers in there if you want to.
