Hey guys,

I’m new to the engineer class but once i saw the nade kit i fell in love. I’ve been messing around with a hybrid build that i hope is viable, and was wondering if i could get some critique.

if this is a pve build then it’s fine. if it’s for wvwvw then you are way too fragile.

i don’t really agree with the runes. if it was your intention to reach 50% condi duration without food buffs then you can use nightmare runes + a giver pistol and have much more condition damage. you’ll lose out on the extra 15% bleed duration but in dungeons bad guys will most likely be bleed capped anyway. better to get more damage out of them.

i also think your mobility is an issue. having swiftness up is great for dodging projectiles, running out of red circles, etc. maybe better to have speedy kits over static discharge seeing as how without crit damage and longer toolbelt cooldowns, static discharge will be pretty lackluster.

Pretty interesting idea. While I won’t critique you build, (I hate rampagers QQ), here’s what I came up with messing around with gear with hybrid in mind.

Also I’d look into Celestial gear. Can get some pretty crazy stats when using a mightstacking build.

Nice update. Personally, I think going Infused Precision and Invigorating speed would do wonders for survivability.
