This kit gives you the noise rifle, this weapon hurts people with sound, confusing them and making their ears bleed!

This would be a very crowd-control type weapon and be a welcome addition to engineers as a kit.

1 Arc of Noise (3½)
Fire an arc of noise at your foe, you move slower when channeling.
Damage Stage 1 damage: 7
Damage Stage 2 damage: 15
Damage Stage 3 damage: 31
3 Confusion: 12 s (1 per stage.)
3 Bleed: 12 s (1 per stage.)
Duration: 3 s
Range: 130-1000

2 Noise Shield (Instant, 8 second cool-down.)
Block attacks and reflects projectiles.
Duration: 1 s

3 Amplified Wave (½, 10 second cool-down.)
Blast the ground and send out a Amplified Wave, apply a stack of confusion and bleed for every unique boon they have.
Damage: 79
1 Confusion: 10 s
1 Bleed: 10 s
Crippled: 5 s
Knockback: 150
Range: 600

4 Noise Trail (½, 12 second cool-down.)
Leap backward, leaving behind an area of noise that confuses foes.
Duration: 5 s
Radius: 240
Combo Field: Ethereal
Combo Finisher: Leap
Range: 900

5 Amplified Blast (¼, 15 second cool-down.)
Push your foe back with a Amplified Blast, apply a stack of confusion and bleed for every unique boon they have.
Damage: 86
1 Confusion: 7 s
1 Bleed: 7 s
Knockback: 450
Range: 200

- I know it’s only a 1s duration but a block/reflect on an 8s cooldown is really short quick. And 1s duration is hard to utilize, especially for those with lag/latency issues.
- A #5 skill with a 15s cooldown seems short too, though I do like the boon punishment.
- Is the #1 autoattack a 3s channel? And it applies 10s of bleedx3 and confusionx3? That’s way too OP. You’ll be maintaining 9 stacks of bleed and confusion with unbuffed autoattack alone.
- The kit has to be called Wierding Module (Dune)

Then I added slower moving when channeling, and a 130-1000 range. (You can’t use it in melee range.)
