I’ve been getting into leveling my engie recently and almost at 30. I’m wondering how well kits scale at the later levels. I’m currently running Med Kit, Flamethrower and Elixer Gun. I’m thinking I’ll want a Sigil of Energy when I hit 80.

Damage wise, the kits will have the damage similar to an exotic weapon of whatever level you are. They also get the sigils and stats you are using for your main weapons. The only kit I use is the elixir gun and it does way more damage on single targets than my pistol.

Kit scale really well, most of the time they will be your main source of DPS

ps: Try something else instead of Flame thrower so you don’t get trapped in that non-sense that engineers have no damage, its pistol and flame thrower that do no damage and are giving us a bad rep! only cause they have cool animations..
