Playing today I noticed my kits reverted back to regular weapons much more often than before today. Usually I could go pretty much all day and I’d keep my kit equipped, but after today it seems that maybe 10 minutes or so is all it takes.

From what I understand there is some kind of energy that when depleted unequips the kit and that in the future we are supposed to have access to that information, would be nice to know the mechanics behind this.

I wasn’t aware kits had a duration, and to be perfectly honest I don’t know why you would ever go 10 minutes without switching kits.

Sometimes I’ll go into farm mode and just round up mobs and kite bomb them, I’ll usually do that for over 10 minutes hard as it is to believe, but it wasn’t really relevant to my question.

Was on for a short time this morning and hadn’t seen this, but I often pop between kits.
Maybe you were bouncing in and out of water? That will reset your kit to your main weapon.

Yeah it seems to be fine now, I’m sure it was just user error somewhere along the line.

10 min or even 5 min is not that bad, as long as they don’t put ability limits like ele spirit weapons it should be ok.

There is no kit duration, it was either a bug like issue, or accidental hits of the wrongkey stroke most likely.

It isn’t user error or water mechanics or anything. Kits auto unequip after 5+ minutes of use, or at least they do for me.

Possibly an ingame mechanic set up to stop exploits and abuse.

Maybe they don’t intend people to keep bundles for long periods of time, so they set a timer.

So, it could be that kits are inadvertently affected by mechanics of bundles.

Hmm still haven’t figured it out, still happens occasionally totally randomly.

Its a known bug. Its random on skill use.
