Kits should be engi's core class mechanics.
Considering we’re balanced taking in account that we will use them (at least according to last year’s december patch notes) it would only make sense.

It’s kinda impossible to play an engineer without a kit, meanng we always have -2 utility slots minimum which makes us one of easiest classes to focus down in a big fight. Not even mentioning that once we’re downed there’s NOTHING you can do cos we have worthless downed abilities.
