I have not seen a lot of builds posted since the June 26 patch. I was running grenades/HGH and was thinking of moving to sickman syndrome (all kit spec). For PVE, what are the current best dps builds?

I’ve used it for WvW/Map Completion/Aether Pirates Dungeon and Fractals with much success. It has good utility, damage and survival.
