Let elixir X turn us into Revenants legends!
No, it wouldn’t make any sense at all.
It is already bad in that it offers us an elite skill from other professions. It needs it’s own function. I am against anything that perpetuates the idea of copy/paste skills between professions.

It should be a thrown elixir with a fairly large AoE effect. Converts all conditions that allies are suffering into boons, and all boons that enemies have into conditions. 90-second cooldown.
my ideas for elixir X:
the super-buff:
thrown elixir with a 480 aoe, giving stability & fury for 2 seconds, each second, for 15 seconds. also it grants the new “resistance” boon for 1 second, each second for 15 seconds
cd: 120

potent hallucinogen:
thrown elixir that applies 1 second of taunt and slow each second for 10 seconds on 360 aoe-range

Healing factor X:
will heal the engineer for 500 per second for 15 seconds and add immunity to poison for 15 seconds. if the engineer goes into downstate while this elixir is active, he will remain being immune to poison and rezz himself for 17% (exactly like toss elixir R) health per tick.

Elixir X should become something else entirely and not a random ult from other classes. It can even be a transformation ult, just not random and not one from other classes.
Also get rid of Mortar and make an Elite kit, make it a cannon that does basically the same thing as mortar but you carry it around and even make it no cool down to switch to and people might actually use it.
Elixir X shouldn’t have a random effect. I think it should be more reliable and grant something useful to the party (not AoE targeted) such as pulsing stability and resistance for a short duration (maybe 10-15 seconds).
How about an overall stats increase in all areas + stability, Lets say about 10 sec? Cooldown: 75 sec?
