Whats the engi meta for PVE/Dungeons?

The engineer community tend to be less narrow minded then other professions when it comes to builds. There are several builds that do heavy damage for the PvE meta, such as bomb focused builds(my personal favorite), grenade focused builds, and static discharge builds. Your going to have to look through the threads and find what you like.
