Anet can you make this a Grand Master please?
Its a really cool idea and im sure many engis myself included would realy love to get to ever use it.
I would gladly pick this as a GM but don’t make it compete with Streamlined Kits, engis are addicted to speed.

it needs to compete. That is the whole point, is we need good and useful skills, and they need to compete. The profession has other ways for permanent swiftness.

Thing is you get your movement boosts out of inventions or out of tools. If you take one you won’t take the other because you still need alchemy and either firearms or explosives.

Its kinda stupid to have 2 masters that are both miles better than our GM’s but its still no contest since the one is a staple and always has been.

You are both assuming to tell me where I get my movement speed, and being absolutely wrong about it, at the same time. I applaud you sir.

I get my perma swiftness from neither.

Hmm, you appear to mistakenly feel your opinion of a traits value is an actual fact. It is unfortunate that you feel they should make significant changes based on you making inaccurate assumption. Who do you suppose that would benefit?

i honestly dont think that trait deserves to move at all, i dont find it useful. i understand why it is good, but i would rather take either of the other traits than that due to the fact that you can never predict if you are going to be playing against someone who is going to be stealthing. even if you do know 100% that you are it still doesnt seem all to worth it, because you still have to hit them. plus anyone who has any idea of what to do, would condi clear then burst you because they know that was your last ditch effort.

In my opinion that trait is good but not so good. It has a long cd , it avoid stealth for a short time and you don’t know when it happens …. so if i have to chose between tools traits i am not so sure to take it. I take it only when i play without alchemy (sometime i do ) .
