Guild Wars 2

Hey guys!

So, I’m looking for a good Static Discharge build for WvW roaming. I tried the basic set (http://goo.gl/VcqW1Z) just for fun, because my play style is more to Cond. damage(http://goo.gl/zJ1TTq).

With the September path, I was thinking to change some skills and traits, like replacing rifle Utillity Googles for Rocket Boots to get some mobility and change the trait Scope for the Power Wrench. What you guys think?
