Here’s what I run.
I really only get trouble with D/D eles, and Necromancers. Good condition application, and supportive healing. Tool kit can be dropped for anything else, but I like the utility.
Ele’s because their condition removal and healing are stronger than your damage. They probably won’t kill you either.
Necromancers, because they usually eat your conditions, and have application far stronger than your removal without pigeon holing yourself into using elixers.

It’s more defensive than the build above, with a bunch more healing and tankyness, but loses a corresponding amount of damage. It’s good on its own, but also is more than capable of working with a group due to its AoE and many combo fields/finishers.

Similar to Sylentir and posted in another thread but this is my build…
Strong points are water field blast finish spike healing, ample CC and spike management via proc’d protection boon.
I love Healing turret.
Bomb kit and runes can be switched out to something you like.
