Hi,
I am new to engineer and am looking to make a wvw class. What is a good build with:

Highest damage possible (condition or power, doesn’t matter which)

Has at least 17k HP

Good survivability

Preferably uses pistol/pistol or rifle( no shield)

Is decent in PvE
