Make a list: Engi issues post 10/15 patch
So far:
-Missing heal threshold info for “Low Health Response System”
-Missing info for Elixir U, just shows stun breaker info
-Minefield (F-Skill) doesnt get a radius increase with Forceful Explosives
I can give you a couple related to the new skills and turrets.
- Rocket Turret next attack, after shooting with overcharge, deals halved damage.
- Rocket (toolbelt) can’t hit ennemies during underwater sessions because it remains a ground targeting skill.
- Turret Hitbox is still way to big.
- Autotool Installation trait tooltip is wrong, it shows 1% health every 10sec instead of the current 10% every 10sec.
- Rifle Turret rate of fire is still broken, shooting faster when overcharged at the first shot and not getting any firerate bonus when overcharged at any shots succeeding the first one.
there are probably a lot more bugs, but I’ll let other people expend the list.
Updated the main post with info so far. Keep em comin! Unless we’re out.
- Turret (general): No increased HP buff as promised for non-mesmer-clone minions. A single mesmer phantasm can down a rifle turret in one hit!
This is not a bug. Turrets are not “player controlled minions”, so they are not eligible for the increased health. I’m guessing they’re classified closer to environmental objects, since they can’t be healed (with healing skills) or receive boons/conditions.

The only “minions” that are ever controlled are the ranger pets and necro pets. Are you saying that they didn’t buff any other AI except those two?

dontlook it only increases duration of already applied burning.
Trait in inventions for shield toughness buff says adrenaline. Hardly worthwhile mentioning but its a funny typo.

I never spoke to anything else that did or did not receive a health buff, because I don’t play every other profession and I haven’t tested every other possible “minion” that could have benefited from this. I only said turrets did not receive the buff because they do not meet the criteria.
I was leery of this when the patch notes were previewed, and I said as much on these forums, but I think a lot of people jumped to conclusions and expected this to affect turrets when there’s really no indication that it ever was going to.

it only extends burning durations and does not actually apply burning, your target has to allready have burning for it to apply more
The tool belt elixir s and b toss will not activate and go on full cool-down if you dodge mid toss even if it was accidental.
- Toss Elixir S while underwater still has a chance to grant either stability or stealth.
- Toss Elixir S doesn’t apply stealth to you if you (for some reason) have acidic elixirs on. I assume it’s because the damage breakes the stealth.
Rifled Turret Barrels Grand Master Trait does not effect overcharges of Rifle, thumper or rocket turret. Rocket turret normal shot damage is actually lowered by this trait all together. Along with taking away condition damage from rifle and rocket turret, as well as playing with the ai… pretty much useless even more so then they were before. I used to have a great PvP build with condition damage and turrets with P/S or P/P… that’s scrap too now. Bad patch for me.. basically giving up on my engi till next patch… or fixes at least :-(

Go for the eyes went from 50% to 33% and seems undocumented change..or what I’d hope would be a bug as it’s one of the better rifle traits ~-~ But who knows
