Hello All.

After a lot of playing and refinement I have come up with this build which I’m willing to share. It’s by far my favourite for sPvP and I do tournie when I get a chance with it (still looking for a proper tournie team).

High survivability and good dps. Some other great stuff here, perma swiftness (from Speedy Kits & 20% boon duration) + a shield type mechanic from tool kit. Pulling people in like a Death Knight (soz for the wow ref) and good dps with dbl pistols.

Burst with Elixir U.

Burn 3 second tic with sigil + runes.

Invisibility – can be gained from Elixir S (AOE) as well as Elixir U (wall) if it procs.

Controlling the fight – Use the supply crate to stun and Elixir U vs Ranged. Use the knee shot & throw wrench vs Melee (5 sec cripple).

Tool Kit = gives you a shield with “Gear Shield” and a great combo of “Magnet” pulling the target to you followed by unleashing Blowtorch with your pistols into them while they’re down. Hit them with the traited “Throw Wrench” to cripple them and put distance between you.

You could take all runes of the undead if you want more DPS (but change the sigil of smouldering for minor corruption).

I’ve tried a very similar build to this and it isnt too great imo. Not enough damage, not enough aoe pressure. The second your quickness elixir is on CD you’re basically useless because your damage becomes kitten Atm the only way to apply bleeds decently is grenades and even that’s not that great. And offhand pistol is the kittentiest piece of crap in this game because the torch always hits to the side and misses for no reason.

Only issues I have with Pistol 4 are elevation related. Blowtorch does a significant amount of damage as is and is justifiable over the Shield. Both are good options.

I personally prefer the pistol offhand for the conditions and immobilize works well in many occasions.

because often times when your camera is facing your enemy you are not because of small alterations in vector due to strafing and camera rotation via mouse. many times you are “missing” it is because your character is actually facing sideways and thus misses slightly. you have to pay close attention to your facing (and range) for abilities like pistol 4 and rifle 4, or they will not be fully efficient.
