Because of all the boonspam I feel mines aren’t doing enough. Currently people just ignore them.

My suggestion:

Throw Mine
- Remove 3 boons.
- Additionally remove stability but only if someone steps on the mine.

Mine Field
- Each mine corrupts 2 boons to conditions.

I dunno. Mines are already a pretty effective control skill when used correctly, and it’s recharge time is extremely low. If you turn it into a boon stripping device then it’s recharge time would need to go up to compensate, wouldn’kitten

It would be nice to have some more boon strip on engineer. Maybe with an future elite spec.

To improve mines, all I want is that each mine of minefield will remove 1 boon from ALL enemies hit by it. Actually, each mine just removes 1 boon in total, so just 1 enemy out of 5 that get hit will get 1 boon removed.

Don’t know why it is like that, no other skill that removes boons works like this if I remember it correctly. So please just do this. If someone manages to hit a large group of enemies with multiple mines at ones, it should be rewarded.

i think that perhaps you are mistaking bunker down mines for throw mine mines?
