Hi all,

coming back after a 3-4 month hiatus and was wondering if all the Mortar traits bugs have been fixed? I would love to finally give it a go in wvw and I haven’t been keeping up with all the patch notes during my absence.

Probably not. Engineer bugs are not a priority as far as bug fixing goes.

Mortar traits? Do we have mortar traits?
I’m playing on my engineer aince bwe1 but I’ve never seen mortar traits?

The invention trait that effects care package is supposed to effect mortar also. But I believe it is still broke. Also the rest of the turret traits seem broke since the 30th patch…

Right now the only trait that effects mortar trait is the one that increases damage by 15% and range.

Also to note, none of the turret traits work for any turret.

I’ve seen nothing regarding fixes to mortar bugs. Apparently, they managed to break everything about turrets again, besides – and the Mortar, technically, is a Turret.

I think every single bug that affects Mortar since launch is still very much there. Including the one where if you queue skills, because you pressed the button a bit to fast, it’ll shoot the default explosive round. Even if you actually used another skill, so good times having your Barrage go on full cooldown and only getting a measely 1k shell popping out.
