Wrench and Throw Wrench do not function against a damaged Mortar. I did not see this bug reported in the Engineer bug thread so i figured i would make a thread about it.

Yeah its a pain dealing with the mortar, especially since it has so low health and armor that one AOE spell kills it.

Allowing players to repair it is an option we need. Buffing the mortars health and armor is a necessity.

You would never catch me using tool kit to begin with in most situations…let alone wasting my time swinging at the mortor with it so someone else can do lame damage with it. Seriously, i find this as the lowest of my concerns…but i guess its worth mentioning. Also its debateable that the mortar is a stationary “kit” and not a turret…might be why it doenst effect it. Not saying it shouldnt, just saying why it probably isnt.

Until mortar is worth using in the first place, this isn’t very concerning to me.
