My EotM CC build!
A troll “push-in-the-void” build always get a +1 from me.
Few adjustments though:
- backpack regenerator is kinda pointless, your main source of damage isn’t a kit so you’ll use the toolkit just for utilities..i’d probably take invigorating speed over it.
- leg mods meh..i’d consider static discharge for a more offensive version of the build, both ram and toolkit toolbelt skills fits sd pretty well
- the healing skill well, it’s a matter of choice, but given that you go 30 into tools med kit could be a much better choice, 16cd healing skill on toolbelt plus some utilities..
To be honest, i’d drop the 10 points into inventions and spend them for the 10% damage increase from rifle in firearms, adding damage pressure helps a lot throwing people off things since they have less time to manage your CCs and have to spend some dodges mitigating the insane damage output your rifle can have..
This is similar to a build I once used in WvW. But I went 0/0/20/30/20 and used bomb kit and Elixir X, traited for Elite Supplies and the CDR and 409/hgh for elixirs. I also experimented with Thumper Turret instead of Throw Mine for the launch instead of just knockback to be really kitten about launching downed players, but in EOTM knockback is good enough.

i considered using bomb kit but BoB detonate time is way too high and too predictable. i still use crate to lock the target down and get them in a good position for knocking off. throw mine took an incredibly long time to get used to but it is most definitely worth a utility slot. keep in mind the toolbelt skill for throw mine strips boons which has actually worked quite well for people with stability.. the only skill i see actually changing is the heal skill.
you could take accelerant packed turrets and healing turret over stabilized armor or backpack regen, lol

Acc packed turrets – heal and knock and with recharge on 25 % hp – heal often and knock often
Transmutate – moar glorified condi removal
For me PBR is less reliable than FT(no animation for push, blind on enemies) but its changeable – pick your favourite

If you don’t use SD swap PBR for FT. Shorter cooldown, greater range and pushes multiple targets. You get a blind, a high dmg aoe and a fire field for might stacking on top.
Also for stationary fights on bridges etc. Mortar #5 might be nice for trolling.
