Guild Wars 2

I am stuggling to decide what is best for my style of play, and how to use each skill/utility effectively. So hoping you guys can help me. Basically if someone could suggest details about a build i should use, i am a norn engy.
My play style i would say is that i like to move around, make sure i don’t get hit too much, so moving attack. I am looking for some toughness however as i do not enjoy dying aha.
So looking for some sort of mixed bag, powerful but durable. Isn’t everyone looking for that? lol

Pve solo ? Pve dungeons dps? Pve dungeons support? Pve dungeons hybrid? sPvP roaming? sPvP bunker? sPvP burst? WvW roaming? WvW zerg?

For moving around you could either go with a permanent vigor build or a rifle/eg build though.

i want one for general pve and WvW
