Guild Wars 2

While I know it is not optimal, I run flamethrower/elixer gun on my engineer. I primarily do dungeons and world pve. I recently got back into the game and saw all the changes they’ve made since June and I have been left with a bit of a dilemma. My question is this, for the build I have and the things I do with this build, would rampager or berserker armor be better for me? I plan to likely use Strength runes since it will benefit juggernaut. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Classic strength might stack juggernaut with FT for open world is best with zerker armor.

Yea, you’ll probably get more mileage out of zerker since mobs in dungeons and open world go down so quickly. This allows you to burst them without the ramp up that conditions require.

If you do decide to go the condition direction for some reason though, go with Sinister over Rampager.

While it’s a overkill for open world, in dungeons you can get some really high burning dps from it.
Both rifle & p/p work with it, and if you switch out your 3rd utility for grenades you’re coming decently close to what is currently our highest dps build.
