If you are always dodging to keep up the ‘endless’ might stacking, when will you attack?
Vigor overwrites any other endurance regen buffs. The might from dodging only lasts 5 seconds. What use would it be to even use that trait or that food when you can have perma vigor?

Juggernaut FT with Sigils of Stamina and Energy. +55% Might duration, +35% boon duration. can build completely glass cannon due to endless dodging and the might stacking should be easy. Potentially great for WvW roaming since you can constantly dodge every attack at will but still attack when you want. It’s all theorycrafting at this point.

This is not entirely true.
On my ranger when i get the 100% endurace 5pt minor trait my endurance regenerates faster. If i stack that with Vigor, i regenerate endurance even faster. They stack.

the 5 point trait is +50%, vigor is +100%.

I would like to point out (for the millionth time) that a ranger 5 point trait is equal to an engineer grandmaster trait.
But aside from that, the idea has been tried Seras. Using sigil of energy and adventurer runes, returns 100% energy from a medkit swap. This used with a static discharge build can be decent, as http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Adrenaline_Pump returns endurance everytime you unleash your burst. (I believe its bugged to not work with suprise shot from rifle turret though)
In the end though it ends up basically being a high skill troll build, as the damage isn’t enough (the mine on dodge is laughably weak and tiny), but you can avoid all kinds of damage.

quick build idea, watch out though, no stun break
They fixed Adenaline Pump not working with Turret toolbelts a while ago. I can personally confirm that Surprise Shot does return endurance.
If you use goggles, they will serve as a decent stun break.
