Guild Wars 2

Currently I am running 10/30/0/30/0 using Dual Pistols, Elixir H, Elixir B , Elixir U, Elixir Gun, Supply Crate, with Dual Pistals, Carrion Exotic crafted, and Ori Coral jewerly, I have dual exotic carrion pistols, Undead Runes, Sigil of Corruption and Air.

I run Dungeons CoF, CoE, HotW, Fractals(on 5 currently working my way up as I can find groups), when I can not find groups for any of that due to my play times I do WvW.

I am looking for a build that can go back and forth between the two, and a few tips on playstyles specific to that build.

I have been considering a shield build, but giving up my Blowtorch is something I have had issues doing so far. I am looking for survivability in both situations dungeons and WvW without having to alter skills and build constantly.

I have searched the forums without much luck for something this specific, usually its just, whats the best build, or for one or the other.
