103.Backpack Regenerator: This trait has been reworded so that it doesn’t imply that it adds the regeneration boon.

now what exactly is implying? At least I dont know english much and need to google wtf “reworded” mean… but its amazeing how bad ANet is in giving explanations

It means that the trait gives a fixed amount of regeneration and not the boon regeneration (which is affected by boon duration and healing power).

As a PVE engi I’m psyched about the pistol condition damage buff with conditions. Gonna be huge (hopefully). Scope looks kinda promising.

Maybe I’ll finally be able to do DPS that’s barely on par with the buffed ranger or necro. Maybe the nerfed zerk warrior only does double my damage now. We’ll have to see. I’m 60% positive 40% cynical.

you dont get that torment anyway, only thiefs and mesmers got it (I think)

So at 30 firearms you can take both Juggernaught AND Coated Bullets?

Might be a good reason to take Flamethrower and ditch the off-hand pistol i have for Blowtorch for a shield…

Or might just try that Modified Ammunition first…

And necros, thats who the condition is primarily for, but they are spreading it around a bit.
