I am like lvl 24, just kinda messing around, the pve part of the game is pretty easy, but what would be a good kinda noob build for pvp to just level up and have fun with?

pvp is not fastest way for lvl-ing up
engi also not that class (right now) that can be played with a noob build.
to have fun i’d recomend you 2 engi builds –

+1 Wolfineer. The Cele Rifle build is pretty fun and kind of friendly to newer engis.
What? Not at all! The cele rifle build is better, but it is more fragile than the condi build, and takes a lot more skill (to interrupt with rifle 4 for example). I suggest you try the condi build first, and see how it goes.
