You maybe want to pay attention to this section:
“• Vigor: Decreased the endurance regeneration rate from 100% to 50%.”

I guess that settles the muh speedy kits discussion for now, since you can take the tools grandmaster as 100% uptime replacement for vigor anyways…

Wow that’s really some big change for S/D thieves, Engi’s and Elementalists. (Maybe Tank Gaurd too!)

Now that they’re making Automated Medical Response a slotted trait, I have to wonder: Will it actually work properly now, or will it waste itself when you haven’t used your heal skill before it would activate?
