My OCD is triggered. If you look closely, Engineer bomb kit looks like a kit of grenades and grenade kit looks like a kit of bombs on your chars back…. WTF.

I know back kits are going anyway but still… seems a bit silly. I suppose I am almost 3 years too late to the party though.

nah. the grenade kit clearly has 3 grenades hanging on the side, and 2 grenade heads on the back. the large bomb looking jar on top, is simply a gunpowder container. 3 grenade handles next to it.
you need the handles to throw them. thats how you know they are grenades.

the bomb kit is a large gunpowder cask. with round jars for the bombs. could be steel or glass. fuses off to the left.

Not at all. Some people felt that the announcement of specialization changes coming in the “next update” meant “next week”. However, it seems highly doubtful that that will be the case, and we don’t even know if the hobosack changes are being bundled with those.

I am pretty sure they said that hobosack change will be part of that trait patch.

just logged in to look, i don’t see the problem, as someone stated, there’s grenades hanging from grenade kit, and a bomb on the bomb kit

this made me check out the other kits, though

the real issue is:
has anyone noticed Tool Kit uses the same model as the Bomb Kit?
it has a bomb and the satchel which are both unused for Tool Kit
and either that’s a rope or a fuse, but i’ll assume it’s a fuse since ropes are also not used

I am less bothered by the tool kit thing surprisingly enough, cause you get a wrench.

I see what you guys are saying but the projectiles hanging off the bomb kit look way more like nades imo.

No, no one has noticed that in the nearly three years that people have been complaining about hobosacks.

That was sarcastic, FYI.

In any case they’ll be disappearing anyhow, so I guess there’s no need to worry about that anymore.
