So way back before even Scarlet my engineer build was might stacking condi with granade/bomb, i have full aristocracy runes. Usualy when i swaped kits i used to gain might.
But i think its not working anymore or nerfed idk, here is a link to the build:

Edit: I use this build for PVE and dungeon runs, never tried it in pvp
