Assuming you take the Adrenal implant, the vigor on speed trait would it be possible to make a viable perma dodge engineer build?

I think Vigor would override the Adrenal Implant bonus, but it’d still be useful.

Also, the new Evasion runes could be handy for it – the Invigorating Speed trait, in combination with the first set bonus of the Evasion runes (swiftness on dodge once per 10 seconds), and Speedy Kits, could give 100% Vigor uptime.
A version that wasn’t reliant on Speedy Kits could be a Static Discharge build; the Toolbelt-usage-gives-Endurance, with low-cooldown Toolbelts and the Invigorating Speed trait, in combination with the Evasion Runes, could end up being able to dodge for a pretty long time.

If you’re wondering of vigor will stack with adrenal implant, it won’t. But what you can do is take infused precision, the vigor on swiftness trait, go for the eyes, and armor mod. I found those traits working together made me very…tanky isn’t the right word, hard to hit? Evasive! That’s the word!

You can never get above the endurance regen of Vigor. Endurance regen caps w/ Vigor.

If you’re wanting to be hard to hit though …

• Some source(s) of Vigor … several to choose from …
• Armor Mods : Gain Aegis when hit (15s ICD)
• Acidic Coating: 50% chance to blind enemies that hit you with a melee attack (10s ICD)

Throw in a Shield and a Toolkit (extra shield) for even more defense via block/stun/knockback if you so desire.

Still want more? You can inflict more blinds:

• Bomb Kit has a great smoke bomb.
• Grenade Kit has a flashbang.
• Flamethrower has Smoke Vent.

Want more than blinds? … Elixir S. You can also trait for it to trigger on health threshold.
