Pistol - CD, Power, or Precision?
Well, if you want to play with precision, there are five traits that you can take for ridiculous cirt-based fun. (Not necessarily the most effective, but fun.)
Explosives 10 – Incendiary Powder (33%: 2 Second Burn)
Firearms 5 – Sharpshooter (30%: 3 Second Bleed)
Firearms 10 – Precise Sights (50%: 3 Second Vulnerability)
Firearms10 – Infused Precision (50%: 5 Seconds Swiftness) This should be in Alchemy
Alchemy 10 – Invigorating Speed (5 Seconds Vigor When Gaining Swiftness)
So yeah… Ever wanted to have 3 Conditions and 2 Buffs proc on every shot? Before Sigils? Add Sigil of Strength and Sigil of Earth for 1 more of each if you run P/P.

I’m not good at crunching numbers either but since the patch I am running a p/s (+ grenades) might stacking build with berserkers accessories and mixed vatlaaw’s (prec, cd, tough) and invaders (power, vit, tough) gear.
The stats kinda “happened” and weren’t something I planned, before I was always trying to focus on three stats only. But you don’t get any bonus for using full sets anyway and my weird stat combination actually turned out to be pretty good, especially since might adds both power and condition damage!
I would LOVE to see someone trying to do the maths for this and kinda find the ideal stat combination for such a build!
Ring of Fire
On my engineer, I made a nearly 50/50 split between Condition Damage and Power and noticed it being more damage than I’ve ever done. Precision is my secondary stat on all of my items.
I was really surprised. Maybe we’re supposed to be the hybrid class in that sense? Does both power and CD?
I use Carrion Exotic Gear its Power Vit Con Damage, and then use Coral Jewerly for Power Prec and Con Damage.
I still have a 50%ish crit rate that I could raise with sigils or runes(currently earth, corruption, undead) but proc things all the time.
The power helps when I switch to kits that have a higher coefficent for power than con damage but gives me the best of both.
I currrently use Rampagers gear with P/P and a similar build (10 explosives, 30 firearms, 30 alchemy). Really like it so far, but I have no idea which runes to take.
Maybe 2 runes that increase burning duration by 20% (+20% napalm and 10% from explosives) to increase the 2 second burn to a 3 second burn, meaning 1 more tick. That would leave 4 more runes open, maybe runes of air.
Or I could try 6 runes of speed in combination with the speed on crit.
Another way would be to use a sigil that buffs might duration in combination with HGH and a sigil of strength.
Are we sure that sigil of strength stacks with sigil of earth? I.e. they do not reduce their proc chance, like sigil of rage + sigil of earth?
