PVP BASED:
Basically most engis loved the old teldo build because it actually required positioning and skill rather than mindless nade spam, block, run and repeat.
There are a few assumptions I am making,
1: warriors will be punished more for missing burst skills making 1v1’s easier (esp with bomb kit, Ft blinds)
2: with such high CC and ^^ we can become top side 1v1s ( cannot say vs ranger or not yet, and obvious condi necro is an issue)
3: I hate grenades.
4: most if not all meta builds wont run retaliation.
5: FT auto damage will be worth while for down cleave (else little reason to take FT over nades as engis will have limited cleave)

A few changes can be made based on what works and doesn’t work in the meta.
The stabilized armor is great vs hambow… Not much else in the meta stuns. Change as needed.
The armor line vs 10 in tools and 10 wherever else simply because bombs/FT is medium to point blank range. You need to be slightly tanky.
Hoelbrak runes will work for 25 might BUT it may be to clunky to use every fire field in a fast-paced fight. Strength runes are better in that situation.

4 choices:
1: 10 in firearms for EG and FT cooldowns
2: 10 in inventions for protection or -20 percent dmg
3: 20 in tools for reduced condition reduction.
4: 30 in explosives for turret explode ( as its being nerfed… your choice)
personal preference.

You have less might stacking, so you have a few choices most are same as above
You can go toolkit recharge,
you can use might on heal skill
Can’t wait for FT to be viable again!
