I have to agree. Though I may try anything that gets me more conditions cleanses. I may end up with a 1 turret, 1 gyro, 2 kit, 1 gadget build, if that gryo is any good at dealing with conditions that is.

it would also be the ranger signet signet of renewal. I’m not sure I like the idea of getting Ranger’s hand-me-downs for my shiny new elite spec.
Is this what drones are? Signet’s with active animations? They kinda sound like a mix of signets and turrets. Slot utility for drone, F# to use overcharge instead of detonate. utility active could either be activation, meaning it’s temporary or a second overcharge stylee skill

clearing 3-8 would, but the automated part of “every x seconds” would still be unfun and terrible cuz you have no control over using it when you think you need it.

For most other classes, you would be absolutely correct, but the way our skills work, allows for passive and active play on all our utilities.
Engineer forums has really gone downhill. Really with the complaints already? We don’t know specifics of anything yet!

Passive condi removal is something the engineer could really make use of outside of elixer builds now mix the elixers with it and well maby throw an E-gun in there and were gonna have some nice condi transmute/removal as well as some amazing mobility with our hammer

I am sure its not just gonna be a ele copy even just some animation changes could make it engineer like. Mabye you charge your hammer during the initial cast animation and throw it too the location that electrifies the area then pull it back too you with magnets or something.

I am sure there will be upsets and some amazing things too the spec with less testing time than almost all the other specs it just means were going to have to really put out our thoughts about the spec in as much detail as we can and engineers players are pretty good at nit picking and coming up with some balanced changes.

If thats what it is it would be pretty pathetic, so i’d expect a bit more.
Gyro’s arent active all the time, so 1 condi every 10sec on a skill that isn’t always up and can be destroyed ending it early, would be pretty pants. Even if it can fly over and help an ally as well.

Where did it say 10 seconds? The post stated “every few seconds”. 10 seconds is hardly considered a “few”. It would more likely pulse at 3 second intervals.
