Or you could leap in a lightning field with the Expert Exermination and daze your oppnonent, give him 27 seconds of weakness and 15 stacks of vulnerability for 9 seconds and dazing him for 1,5 sec or so…
This and the shredder is the only thing Condi builds get, not worth taking scrapper for them I think. So the only use for this toolbelt have is to drop it on downed enemies, but mortar already got that.

I am not saying it is best use → I would say you would be better with mortar kit.
Also it opens possibility to not take Expert Examination, or apply lot of weakness for monsters that you cannot daze, or don’t want to daze (generally bosses) → but still it is only “minor” application, that you probably find lot of better utility skills that will fit that space on your skill slot (for example unless you are super into condi burning you won’t be using toolbelt skills on rocket boots).
Imo purge gyro is worst of all of them. Even if they merge purge with medic gyro it still wont be enough.

Well it gives a loads of poison which decreases there healing. + 4 pulses so a chance of reapplication after a Traited cleanse.
Leap finishers that give weakness.
And Whirl finishers with shredder that give more poison, maybe burning if running IP.
I offers synergy as well as a variety with what you can do with it and also what teammates can do with it. Drop it, let projectiles fly through it. Offers a potential denial area for melee players to waltz in as well.
