I know that Backpack Regenerator and the Regeneration buff are stacking, since the Backpack healing is not regeneration.
The question is: Are Backpack, Regeneration from for example Elixir H, and the Doliak rune regen buff staking?

Yes they stack all 3 if I look on numbers right.

The real question is whether Dolyak and Backpack Regenerator stack – they’re both non-buff bonuses, so it’s hard to tell if they overwrite each other without testing.

As I’m currently working on getting a Dolyak rune set, I’ll be able to answer this soon. I think.

They do. 6/6 Rune of Dolyak regen is 30 h/s. Backpack Regeneration heals 125 h/s. With both, you’ll have 155 h/s. Neither of these appears to be modified by Healing Power.

If they stack, though, then Regeneration would stack on top of all that, as it’s a boon, as opposed to the non-typed bonus the Runes and kit give.

All of these are available in spvp.
So go to the Mists, equip what you want to test and either jump down from a height or go attack a profession npc.

If you filter out what you use at any given time, it’s easy to see the green numbers of Dolyak, Backpack Regeneration, elixir-infused bombs, any given boon etc…

Short answer: as mentioned, they stack
