I have a little question about if my traits used Kit Refinement, when I equip the EG will auto cast one Super Elrxir, then if I use the skill 5 cast one more Super Elrxir to stack on the old one, will I get double heal regen or double area retaliation (stack i mean) when someone do combo finisher?

You will get double healing! Super elixir stacks with every other form of healing in the game.

You will not get any double combos. Every finisher is designed to interact with only one field, even if there are two fields of the same type on top of each other.
