J Sharp, mentioned that " Launch will now be stun breakable
We felt it made it sense to let stun breakers also help you when you are launched, since this is consistent with how stun breakers respond to other control effects."

Does this mean we’re getting rocketboots back to stunbreaker??

If so im happy

BTW Does the update mention anything about reduced cd on elixir skills or did i oversee it?

I read it as; If you get launched, say by the guardian’s hammer skill, you can quickly use a stun breaker, such as your goggles to stop being launched back.

Another example would be when you use your rifle’s skill Overcharge shot that knocks you back as well as the enemy, you can use a stunbreaker skill, again your utility goggles, to not be knocked back.

I dont think this has any thing to do with rocket boots getting a stun break.

There are more types of CC then Stun and Daze. There is also Launch and Push and Knockdown.

Stunbreakers clear out Stun, Daze and Knockdown. But not Launch or Push. Infact you’d get cooldown but still you’re flying around. That is going to be fixed, so if you are in the middle of flying away from a Launch you will now break out of it and regain control.

This is also beneficial to Engineers in some cases. For example you can use a Stunbreaker to break out of something like Overcharged Shot. And we can deal with other professions Launch abilities.

Personally i find it a good change. Always been odd that Launch itself was excluded from stunbreakers.
