Does the trait Shrapnel(15% bleed) stack with the Sharpshooter(33% bleed) trait?

What a great question.

I hopped into the mists to test this out. I quickly noticed that sometimes, on a crit, the dummy would get two stacks of bleed.

From that, I’m going to conclude that the bleed effect has two different checks:
1) Every bomb attack has a 15% chance to apply bleed.
2) Every bomb crit has a 30% chance to apply bleed.

Which means you’ve got a 4.5% chance, per crit, of applying two stacks of bleed.
